Richard has over 17 years of consulting and sales experience in North America, Taiwan and China and is especially skilled at helping Taiwanese companies expand overseas by creating the right international image, and connecting with international partners and distributors. Richard is a graduate of the International MBA program of National ChengChi University (NCCU) in Taiwan and is also a graduate of the University of Waterloo in Canada.
The former deputy director of the Austrian Trade Office and international marketing expert leads the digital marketing team at Geber Consulting and consults Taiwan's leading brands on international marketing solutions. With more than 25 years business experience in Asia, Martin is an expert in strategic market entry, intercultural management, technology pathways and brand internationalization. He is fluent in Chinese and other languages.
Ken Tu worked as a designer in Silicon Valley before moving back to Taiwan to become Geber's Design Director, where he leads a team of professional designers. With a deep knowledge of branding and design, Ken has worked with such clients such as Vishay, Infineon Tech, SIEMENS and many others. Ken is a graduate of the Academy of Art University, San Francisco.
Patrick leads a professional photography and film production team. He has more than 15 years of experiences in producing corporate films and professional photography for various B2B and B2C clients. He graduates from the Northeastern University.
For the last 10 years, Tom has helped many international companies based in Asia grow their business in Western markets. A graduate of Cornell University’s School of Operations Research, Tom is our 'Communications Expert', adept at crafting powerful company intros, copywrite, and other materials. Tom also has an MBA from NCCU in Taiwan.
Leo is an experienced brand management consultant and frequent speaker on issues such as quality management, internal brand management and branding for B2B companies. He has consulted for many international companies in Taiwan, China and the US. A book author, member of the CSQ, and former TIER researcher, he joined Geber Consulting in May 2017.
Social Media Manager
Prior to Geber, Lisa was PR & Marketing Executive for AVIAREPS, a public relations, sales & marketing, and trade & retail promotion agency serving tourism and aviation clients. Lisa graduated from Taipei Tech University, where she earned a BA in Molecular Science and Engineering.
Hassan Chen graduated from the University of Leicester, U.K and has a strong focus on OEM to OBM branding in Taiwan. He handles all aspects of project management and is a jack of all trades when it comes to Brand strategy.
Arron has worked as a senior designer at such design firms as K2AD, ekapiDESIGN and SUBKARMA. Specializing in graphic and brand design, Arron’s design team works closely with Geber’s project managers and senior consultants to make sure that design accomplishes the client’s goal of connecting with their target customer – be it b2b or b2c. Arron is a graduate of the National Taiwan University of Arts (NTUA) in Taiwan.
Senior Consultant - Shanghai
Duane Miller is heading the office in Shanghai, China. He has been living in Taiwan and China since 2006 and has worked in the chemical / pharmaceutical industry with a focus on China. His fluency in both Mandarin and Chinese business makes him a great asset to Geber. Duane is a graduate of the International MBA program of National ChengChi University (NCCU) in Taiwan.
Senior Consultant - Shanghai
While studying Applied Psychology at Beijing Normal University, Fay developed strong skills in quantitative and qualitative research. She has previously worked in the second largest petrochemical storage company in China and was responsible for developing initiatives to improve the organization branding in the Chinese market. She is our go to person for market research data and analysis.
