Under instruction from global HQ to make progress with marketing in the digital economy, Bayer turned to Geber Consulting for a comprehensive workshop on digital marketing.
The workshop covered everything from best practices, competitor analysis, Facebook page and group management, Facebook pixel implementation, Instagram and other visual marketing tools, LinkedIN, content creation, curation, and management, automation tools, analytics, KPI management and the Geber Diamond, Geber's proprietary digital marketing quantification tool.
The entire marketing team of Bayer was split into four groups, including drugs, consumer goods, veterinary medicine and agricultural. Teams were given separate tasks to come up with innovative strategies within the framework, from content creation to analytics.
